Important Remarks
- *Gala Dinner (May 2nd): Participants are strongly encouraged to complete registration and reserve their Gala Dinner admission early. Dinner seats are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- *IIRST Membership Enrollment Fee: NT$1,000 (one-time payment)
- *IIRST Annual Membership Dues: NT$1,000 per year

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, a written request stating your full name and registered email address must be sent to the 2026 IIRST Annual Meeting Secretariat by email at [email protected].
Cancellations received in writing to the Congress Secretariat by April 17, 2026 (inclusive) will be accepted, and registration fees will be refunded less an administrative fee of US$10 per person, per meeting. The refund, after deducting the administrative fee, will be processed after the Congress. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after April 17, 2026, or non-attendance at the Congress.
